  It was a delight to create this beautiful image of a bunch of flowers I received. Evrn this though has become too difficult for me to continue drawing at the moment either complex issues caused by parslysus, cognitive and visual difficulty and perception and coordination difficulty. I cannot say when the next picture will be possible if at all.

  With Spring comes new light, new life and a new firection. I used to paint watercolour flowers decades ago. I am uhable to hold a pastel, so am turning to iPad  art to draw flowers What a joyful and tranquil experience it pt was to draw these hellebores

  I feel this is my best portrait yet. Done with one finger on an iPad it has taken days  to smudge in the colours and get it as detailed as possible to be accurate and recognisable. I am really pleased with it, I have to admit. It is a tiring task yet also very invigorating as the person begins to appear out of the blank screen. Always a nerve racking process. But so rewarding in the end.

 Interesting how the back ground colour can lift a picture or alter it significantly. This picture was previously done on a black background. The lighter background enables it to be turned into a poster.
